Shipping policy

We ship using USPS and sometimes UPS. Every package comes with a tracking number so you can follow your order along the way.

Please allow 5-7 business days for customized name stickers production, plus 3–10 business days for delivery (depending on location and carrier delays).

We offer a flat shipping fee of $7 for carts under $50 (before tax). Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50.

📦Please note: Apparel will ship separately from your other goodies. For example, if you ordered customized name stickers, a gift tag, and a shirt, you’ll receive 2 packages—one for the stickers and gift tag, and another for the shirt. Our shirts are printed through a trusted partner, who will ship them directly to you.
